We publish documentation to assist registered political parties and candidates with their financial reporting. Statutory reporting is the process chosen by the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan for Elections Saskatchewan to report on activities. Such reporting provides an annual update of activities for the Assembly and the public.

Contribution Limits and Tax Credits

Saskatchewan’s electoral legislation does not limit the amount of contributions a registered political party or candidate may collect.

Reimbursement of elections expenses, auditors, the tax credit for contributions, and the disposition of surplus campaign funds
