Statutory reporting is the process chosen by the Legislative Assembly for Elections Saskatchewan to report on activities.

Such reporting provides an annual update of activities for the Legislative Assembly and the public.

Contributions

Saskatchewan's electoral legislation does not limit the amount of contributions a registered political party or candidate may collect.

Public funding

Reimbursement of elections expenses, auditors, the tax credit for contributions, and the disposition of surplus campaign funds
