Chief Electoral Officer (CEO)
An independent officer of the Legislature appointed by the Lieutenant Governor on the recommendation of the Legislative Assembly. The CEO is responsible for the neutral administration of all provincial electoral legislation and all provincial elections.
Elections Saskatchewan’s current Chief Electoral Officer is Dr. Michael Boda.
