July 30, 2021 – Elections Saskatchewan has tabled Delivering a Pandemic Election, its 2020-21 Annual Report with the Legislative Assembly.

“This report documents a unique and challenging year in the history of Elections Saskatchewan,” says Dr. Michael Boda, Chief Electoral Officer of Saskatchewan. “We administered the province’s 29th General Election under the challenging conditions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. I am proud to be able to say that we delivered an accessible, fair and safe election to the people of Saskatchewan.”

The annual report offers an overview of the year and reviews the significant progress Elections Saskatchewan has made in fulfilling the institution’s strategic goals, as laid out in Sustaining. Leading. Modernizing. A Strategic Plan for Elections Saskatchewan 2017 – 2022

“While our core focus over the past year was on delivering the election, we were also able to keep our broader goals and objectives at the top of our mind” says Dr. Boda. “At the heart of our strategic plan has been a strategic imperative focused on sustaining past improvements while offering a path towards modernization and innovation in election management.”
