Annual RPP Meeting – Please RSVP
A few weeks back, I asked you to “save the date” of Tuesday, June 11 for this year’s annual meeting between Elections Saskatchewan and the province’s registered political parties. The meeting will be held, same as last year, at Government House (4607 Dewdney Avenue) here in Regina. While our final agenda items are still being confirmed, I expect the meeting to begin around 9:30 a.m. Following the conclusion of our formal agenda, we will be having dinner together at Skye Café and Bistro (2903 Powerhouse Drive, inside the Saskatchewan Science Centre).
I would like to formally invite you, as Chief Official Agent, along with one other representative from your party, to attend this meeting. I would appreciate it if you would confirm your attendance, along with the name of the other person from your party who is attending, with Noel Selinger. Noel can be reached by email at [email protected]or at 306.519.8397. She will provide you with more details, including information on meeting times, parking, and can answer any questions you have.
As we get closer to our October 26, 2020 general election, these annual meetings take on increasing importance. I know that you will find the topics we will pursue of interest and look forward to sharing a productive and informative day with you again this year.
