On May 7, 2012, the Saskatchewan Legislature’s Board of Internal Economy passed a unanimous motion that Michael Boda be appointed Saskatchewan’s new Chief Electoral Officer, by order of the Legislative Assembly and in accordance with the provisions of The Election Act, 1996.
